CLOTHING SWAP MEET

Please join us on Saturday, July 31st from 9:00-12:00 in the church parking lot for a Swap Meet. NO MONEY WILL BE EXCHANGED. Simply bring clean clothes in good condition and "swap" for others that you need! Call the church office for more details.

MID-WEEK BIBLE STUDY

Join us every Thursday 11:00am for a one-hour Bible study. Our topic for the Summer is "Studying for Sunday".

Sunday school classes are offered for all ages between September and May beginning at 9:30 in our Education wing. We are grateful for the many volunteers within our community who take the time to teach others about our faith.

Renewed by the Word Bible Study

Thursdays at 11:00am and 7:00pm (except during Lent)

We invite you to join us for this mid-week Bible study led by Pastor Tim. Summer topics vary from week to week. Topics to be studied beginning in the fall of 2009 include:

"In the Beginning...: A Study of Genesis Chapters 1-11" (September 17 - October 22)
"The Gospel of Luke" (October 29 - November 19)
"Re-Discovering Christmas" (December 3 - December 17)
Church History 101 (January 7 - January 28)
Apocryphal Book Study (February 4 - 11)
"The Holy Spirit" (April 8 - April 22)
"In the end...: A Study of the Book of Revelation" (April 29 - May 20)

Confirmation

One Sunday a month during the school year, 12:00-4:00pm (includes lunch)

We encourage our youth in the 6th and 7th grades to participate in our confirmation program where we teach our youth the basics of our faith through thoughtful discussion and hands-on activities in our community. This two-year program culminates with the Affirmation of Baptism on Pentecost Sunday, when the youth have the opportunity to profess their faith before the whole Body of Christ.
